Five LDiscovery Applications Now Included in kCura’s Relativity Ecosystem

McLEAN, Va. – December 2, 2015 — LDiscovery, LLC, a leading provider of eDiscovery and Information Governance solutions, today announced that its AutoRedaction, Early Case Assessment (ECA), MultiMatter Management, PrivLog Builder® and Vestigate® applications are now featured in the Relativity Ecosystem.

As a platform, Relativity allows developers to design, build and tightly integrate applications that add or extend functionality. The Relativity Ecosystem includes best-in-breed offerings and highly customized products that were built by Relativity developer partners. LDiscovery’s applications leverage Relativity functionality and offer clients additional benefits:

AutoRedaction:  Greatly reduces the burden of redacting documents by automatically finding and redacting sensitive information in a Relativity workspace. The result is a faster, more reliable and cost-effective review.

ECA:  Affords users the ability to filter, search and analyze data with speed and clarity and publish earmarked data to Relativity in a matter of hours, not days. The advanced early case assessment platform allows users to quickly dive in and discover the story behind the data, resulting in lower review costs.

MultiMatter Management:  Allows litigation managers to spot discrepancies and normalize tagging of duplicate documents across multiple Relativity workspaces. Clients can now easily and defensibly reuse attorney work product for greater cost savings and coding consistency.

PrivLog Builder: Simplifies field standardization, creates custom and reusable log templates and has full integration with LDiscovery’s Relativity environment.  PrivLog Builder improves quality by reducing the amount of clean up necessary with traditional privilege log creation that can result in human error. LDiscovery clients report saving anywhere from 50-75% of the cost of creating traditional privilege logs.

Vestigate:  Allows reviewers to identify relevant language and seamlessly bulk code other documents containing that relevant language. The result is an accelerated review that is transparent, defensible and can save clients hundreds of thousands of dollars per case.

“It is our goal to help clients gain faster access to relevant data, accelerate and improve the quality of the review process and drive down the costs of eDiscovery,” said Chris Weiler, CEO of LDiscovery. “These applications deliver these results from multiple angles, and we are pleased to see them included in the Relativity Ecosystem.”

“By building applications that extend the capabilities of Relativity, LDiscovery is improving the process of e-discovery for their customers,” said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. “It’s awesome to see them creating these applications to solve specific pain points and setting themselves apart with a unique offering.”

All five of the aforementioned offerings are hosted platform applications available only through LDiscovery. Vestigate and MultiMatter Management were also finalists in the Relativity Innovation Awards, presented at kCura’s annual user conference Relativity Fest, for Best Service Provider Solution in 2014 and 2015, respectively.
